Asayoru Cafe is a maid-concept cafe, inspired by the ones in Akihabara, Japan. Our cafe strives to be a place of comfort to guests of all ages, creating a feeling of “coming home” with Japanese-inspired comfort foods and warm hospitality. We aim to create a magical, fun, and relaxing environment for our guests and staff where everyone can feel welcome and happy!

CAFE FEES

To best provide the magical maid experience, Asayoru requires all guest to order at least one item!

Asayoru has an automatic 18% gratuity for all guests.

Each guest's maximum time at the cafe is 90 mins, but guests can order another item to extend their stay!

During rush hour we cannot extend the time to make sure we can accommodate as many guests as possible,

We accept all major credit and debit cards! We do not accept cash unless it is exact change. Thank you for understanding!

CAFE RULES

To keep our guests and our staff members safe and provide the best experience, we kindly ask everyone to follow these simple rules!

Do not touch our maids, or ask them for their contact info! Please be respectful to all staff!
Do not treat starsprites as servants! Please understand that our casts are simply doing their jobs.
Do not take photos of other guests or our staff without asking! Please do take photos of food and decor!
Do not leave your seated area during performances! Please do feel free to stand up and cheer!
Do not use inappropriate languages and gestures! Please keep the space friendly for all ages!

Q: How do I join the cafe?

A: Applications are not open at the moment, please check our Instagram page for more updates!

Q: Is there a physical location for the cafe?

A: Yes! We are currently open in 500 North Atlantic Boulevard, Suite 125 Operating hours are Tuesday - Sunday 11am-3pm, 5pm-9pm.

Q: Do you serve alcohol?

A: Not at the moment! We are working on acquiring our alcohol license and hope to serve delicious cocktails to our masters and princesses in the future!

Q: What do the different ribbon colors mean?

A: All newbie maids start with an soft yellow trainee ribbon, and gain their colors once they become an official maid later! When cheering on a maid you can change your penlight to their specific ribbon color~

Q: Can I take pictures of the maids?

A: Yes, but please ask for their permission before doing so, and please refrain from touching our maids!

Q: Can I ask maids for their personal info (name, where they are from, etc.)

A: You can always check the maid page for more info! But you can also ask the maids directly, as they should all have interesting answers ♪

Q: What is the difference between counter and table seating?

A: Counter is front row seating! For the most authentic maid cafe experience we recommend counter seating. If you would like a bit more privacy or have a bigger party than 3, then the table option would be best~

Q: What is your gift policy?

A: Thank you for your love and support of the maids! Please be aware that the types of gifts below have a chance of being rejected:

Anything above $100
Hygiene Products
Unwrapped & Homemade food & drinks
Medicine and other medical products
Hard drives, USBs and other storage devices
Anything that is in conflict with Asayoru copyright (self-produced merch, self-printed chekis and bromides, etc)
Other items such as: Second-hand items, anything too big / too heavy and presents transportation risk, anything the working manager deems inappropriate

Q: What is your fanart / fan-merch production policy?

We are honored to see fan-art created for our humble little cafe. As our maids produce our own merchandise, to protect their hard work, please make sure to read the restrictions on merch production below!

Any non-mass produced items created for private use and not for sale to the public are ok!

Don'ts

Asayoru will never condone AI art. Please do not produce AI art of any Asayoru mascots, maids or general assets.
Please do not use the name Asayoru Maid Cafe or the logo as it is a registered trademark.
Please do not create any 18+ art of our mascots or maids.
Please do not produce t-shirts, apparel, clothing, machine-made figures or machine-made plushes.
Please do not print bromides or polaroid photos of the mascots or the maids.
